We’ve been protecting cameras for over 45 years and have built our reputation on making top quality products that photographers trust. Our limited consumer warranty applies to all new Lowepro products and gives you that extra bit of reassurance that we will take care of you and your gear.

What Does This Limited Consumer Warranty Cover?

Our limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in your new Lowepro product. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty which may be provided by the Lowepro resellers and is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights and remedies.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts as long as you, the original purchaser, own your Lowepro product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, abnormal storage conditions, negligence by you or a third party or accidental damage; nor does it cover fair wear and tear including the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zips, fabric abrasion), etc.). In time, even a Lowepro bag will wear out! This warranty also excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.

What Do You Have To Do to Place a Warranty Claim?

In the first instance please contact our customer services department at info@lowepro.co.uk. We will request information from you including the nature of the defect, when it first appeared, and may ask for your order number (for products bought from www.lowepro.co.uk) or to see proof of purchase (for products bought from an authorised reseller). Following this you may be required to submit your product for inspection to confirm the defect, if so we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. The goods will be inspected and, if covered by the warranty, will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the warranty.  If the goods are not covered by the warranty, an estimate will be provided for repair or replacement. The goods will be returned to you at our expense.
